Matcha Pineapple Smoothie
Our Matcha Pineapple Smoothie – better known to us as “the Energizer.” This is the ultimate antioxidant drink and instant mood lifter. Plus, it tastes amazing. All you need is a banana, some fresh pineapple, kale, cashew milk, and of course, a few scoops of Nekohama Matcha to bring this gorgeous green smoothie to life. Top it off with a squeeze of lime and you’re absolutely golden. This is an everyday summer ritual we can absolutely get behind.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 1
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1 cup kale
- 2g matcha powder
- ½ cup cashew milk (or other creamy plant-based milk)
- Squeeze of lime
- Ice cubes
METHOD
- Cut banana and pineapple into medium-sized chunks.
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
