As part of our mission to bring the best tasting, non-bitter, ceremonial grade matcha to the world, we are now offering shipping to most international locations; please get in touch if there are any issues with your order.

For US shipping we use DHL, UPS, USPS, or FEDex 

Free shipping on all orders over $175 USD & $5 shipping for all other orders

All US orders will be shipped out on within two (2) business days

For Canada shipping we use DHL, FEDex, or USPS

All Canadian orders will be shipped out within five business days 

Free shipping on all orders over $230 & $15 shipping on all orders below $230

For International shipping we use DHL, USPS, or FEDex

Free international shipping on all orders over $230 USD & $25 shipping on all orders below $230

For Australia & New Zealand shipping we use DHL or USPS

Free Australia & New Zealand shipping on orders over $250 & $35 shipping on all orders below $250

All International orders will be shipped out within five business days

Please note that all international orders may be subject to duties, tariffs, or other fees upon import that must be paid by you before you receive your shipment. (Unfortunately we can’t cover these for you.) Import tariffs are different for every order type, and all countries have different fees. If you have any questions about this, please contact your local post office or delivery company.

Additional note: With the nature of things worldwide right now, most international shipments have been between 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Your matcha will still be fresh, but please keep this in mind when placing you order. 

Added Protection For Your Order

To deliver the best customer experience we have partnered with Route Protect to guarantee every order and to protect against any loss*, damage, or theft of any order placed through our website. In the unfortunate case that your order doesn’t arrive and is damaged upon arrival, you can quickly file a claim with Route and choose to the option for a replacement or be refunded for your order.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
