We ship domestically across the US, including Puerto Rico.

Free shipping on all orders over $175 USD.
$5 shipping on all orders below $175 USD.
All US orders are processed within 3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We ship exclusively within the EU via UPS.

Flat shipping rate: €9.50.
Orders shipped within the EU are free of duties and import fees.
All orders will be shipped within two business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We currently ship to select international locations via DHL Express.

All orders will be shipped within five business days.
Flat shipping rate: $40 USD.

Important Notes for International Orders

All international shipments may be subject to duties, tariffs, or other fees upon import that must be paid by you before receiving your shipment. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees. Import tariffs vary by country and order type. For questions, please contact your local post office or delivery company.
Due to current global shipping conditions, most international shipments take 2–3 weeks to arrive. Your matcha will remain fresh, but please keep this in mind when placing your order.
