Subscription Overview
Subscriptions are governed by Nekohama’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which form part of this Subscription Policy. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing and automatic shipment based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout. Your subscription will continue until it is paused or cancelled through your subscription account. You may cancel your Subscription at any time following a minimum of two (2) completed Subscription orders. You authorize Nekohama to charge the payment method on file for each recurring order unless and until your subscription is cancelled in accordance with this policy.
Payment & Billing
• Subscription payments are charged automatically using the payment method on file.
• You are charged each time your subscription order is processed.
• Prices for subscription products are displayed at checkout and may change from time
to time. If pricing changes materially, we will provide notice where required by
applicable law.
• You agree to maintain accurate and valid payment information so that recurring
billing can be completed successfully
Order Processing
• Subscription orders are processed automatically on your scheduled billing date.
• Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• To avoid being charged for the next cycle, changes must be made before the next scheduled processing date, which is visible in your subscription dashboard.
Renewal and Scheduling
• Subscription orders renew automatically based on the delivery cadence selected when you subscribe.
• You may skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next order processing date through your online account, provided the two (2) order minimum has been fulfilled
• If you are temporarily unable to receive a shipment, you may reschedule your next order to a future date through your online account.
Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery timelines depend on your selected subscription schedule and shipping
destination.

Managing Your Subscription Account
• All subscription changes are managed through your subscription portal.
• Cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled processing date to avoid charges for the next shipment.
Policy Changes
We may update or modify this Subscription Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to future subscription orders. Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of material changes.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your jurisdiction, including rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Q1. How do I access my subscription account?
• Check your email inbox for a message from help@nekohama.co.
• Click the “Manage Subscription” button.
• Enter the same email you used to place your order.
• Click “Send code” and enter the 6-digit login code sent to your email
Q2. How do I pause my subscription?
• Log in to your Nekohama account.
(Use your email associated with your subscription account which should be your customer email.
Once you enter your email you'll receive a six digit code via email in your inbox.)
• Go to the Subscriptions section.
• Select the subscription you want to manage.
• Click "Cancel Subscription".
• Click “Pause” and confirm.
Q3. How do I unpause my subscription?
• Go to the Subscriptions section.
• Select your paused subscription.
• Click “Reschedule” to choose a new date for the next order to resume with subscription.
Q4. How do I cancel my subscription?
• Go to the Subscriptions section.
• Select the subscription.
• Click “Cancel subscription” and confirm.
Q5. How do I update my shipping address?
• Go to the Account / Shipping section.
• Click “Edit” next to your address.
• Enter your updated details and save.
Q6. How do I update my payment card?
• Go to the Billing / Payment methods section.
• Click “Update payment method”.
• Enter your new card details and save.
Q7. How do I skip or reschedule an order?
• Go to the Subscriptions section.
• Select your subscription.
• Click “Skip” or “Reschedule” next to your upcoming order.
