MATCHA ICE CREAM
Matcha is one of the most popular flavors for sweets in Japan and for a good reason! The sweetness and the creamy texture balance well with the earthy taste of matcha in icecream! Very refreshing after your meal and easy to make!
- 1 pint creamy oatmilk
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- Pinch of salt
- Mix all ingredients in a high speed mixer. Add to an empty cup with lid on top.
- Place in your ice cream machine for 1.5 hour.
- Ready to serve!
*** Notes: If you don't have an ice cream machine you can add the mixture in the freezer, the ice cream will have more a shaved cream texture.
