MATCHA ICE CREAM

 

Matcha is one of the most popular flavors for sweets in Japan and for a good reason! The sweetness and the creamy texture balance well with the earthy taste of matcha in icecream! Very refreshing after your meal and easy to make!

  

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 pint creamy oatmilk
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • Pinch of salt

 

METHOD 
  1. Mix all ingredients in a high speed mixer. Add to an empty cup with lid on top.
  2. Place in your ice cream machine for 1.5 hour.
  3. Ready to serve!

 *** Notes: If you don't have an ice cream machine you can add the mixture in the freezer, the ice cream will have more a shaved cream texture.
