Are you looking for a cool refreshing drink with a little pick-me-up and no extra dishes? Cold brew matcha is the easiest and best way to make a delicious, refreshing, and healthy cup of iced matcha!
- 2 bamboo scoops of Nekohama matcha
- 350-400ml coconut water
- 2-3 ice cubes (+ more for serving)
- Sift matcha powder into a mason jar or any other vessel of your choice.
- Add coconut water, ice, close the lid and shake well for about a minute or until matcha is suspended.
- Pour over ice and enjoy!
