Combining fresh pineapple with a dash of ginger gives this drink a vibrant and tart taste, mixed with a warm bite. Top it off with coconut water and a shot of Nekohama Matcha and you’ve got a bright yet smooth drink that is both energizing and calming. Vacation mode activated.

Serves 1-2

  • 180g (1 1/2 cup) fresh pineapple
  • thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
  • 150-200 ml coconut water
  • Nekohama matcha shot

Preparation

Method

  1. Roughly chop pineapple and ginger. Place in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Brew a matcha shot.
  3. Assemble the drink - pour pureed pineapple mixture, add ice, coconut water and top with half of matcha. Repeat for the second glass.
  4. Serve immediately.
