Refreshing Tropical Matcha
REFRESHING TROPICAL MATCHA
Bright, tropical flavors combined with the power of matcha to bring you a drink that is both energizing and calming.
- 180g (1 1/2 cup) fresh pineapple
- thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
- 150-200 ml coconut water
- Nekohama matcha shot
- Roughly chop pineapple and ginger. Place in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
- Brew a matcha shot.
- Assemble the drink - pour pureed pineapple mixture, add ice, coconut water and top with half of matcha. Repeat for the second glass.
- Serve immediately.
