Essentials Kit

The essential kit is a perfect tool to start a matcha routine! I really like to make myself my morning matcha with it: Makes me feel like an expert! The bamboo wisk is the best I have found on the market so far, very easy to use and good quality. The transparent bowl is amazing. I also like the versatility of the kit. I use the lid as a tray for accessories while the container to hold matcha stocks! I really recommend this article :)

Loved it makes the matcha drinking an experience

I love this kit. Well-made and clearly designed with travel in mind. I do think it’s a bit pricey but given how I utilize it daily, it has been a worthwhile investment for me!

The matcha kit inside the wooden box is a brilliant idea! It's easy for storage and travelling. The transparent chawan is deep and wide enough to whisk the matcha. Only the quality of the whisker chasen is a bit disappointing, a piece of bristle fell off before I used. I expected the quantity of the bristle tip would be at least 80-tip or 100 -tip from what is the price costs. Anyhow it's a nice matcha kit.

Pros: This kit is absolutely stunning! It’s so aesthetic but also works really well. The brush bristles are a little thinner than most matcha brushes I’ve seen, which (I think) makes the matcha foam better! The glass bowl is gorgeous and great quality. It also comes in these really cute bags which is a nice touch!

Cons: I got this kit shipped to Europe and had to pay a ridiculous amount for shipping + A HUGE tax fee. The kit is already quite expensive as is, so having to pay more than half of what I paid for the kit itself for these extra fees is a lot. Would be nice to see better options for this problem.

Also would be nice to see nekohama sold in Europe in general in some coffee shops or concept stores!

Another small con is that the lid of the box had quite a bit of glue showing from the inside which makes it look a little cheap to be honest. But it isn’t seen on the front side so it’s ok!
