History
Matcha is finely ground green tea leaf traditionally consumed to boost energy and promote focus. Unlike other teas where you are drinking only an extract, the entire leaf is consumed to provide not only caffeine but a whole cup of antioxidants, vitamins, and amino acids. Preparation
Prepare 2g (about 1 tsp) with 75 mL (2.5 oz) of hot water at 80º C (175º F). Whisk and enjoy hot or cold with your favorite dairy or dairy alternative.

Perfect by itself, zero bitterness, & very very green
I've tried time and time again to get into matcha, my gf's have always been telling me about the benefits, but it always tasted bitter, almost like grass. Tried this matcha after seeing their instagram which is absolutely beautiful, was inspired to try it out. Now I don't feel like a cow when I try to drink matcha. It's made matcha enjoyable for me again.

Visited new york and remembered seeing matchabae outside of Enly for ice cream. Turns out they also served it and it's the best matcha I have ever tried!
