History
Matcha is finely ground green tea leaf traditionally consumed to boost energy and promote focus. Unlike other teas where you are drinking only an extract, the entire leaf is consumed to provide not only caffeine but a whole cup of antioxidants, vitamins, and amino acids. Preparation
Prepare 2g (about 1 tsp) with 75 mL (2.5 oz) of hot water at 80º C (175º F). Whisk and enjoy hot or cold with your favorite dairy or dairy alternative.

Creamiest matcha ever
I've gone through a lot of matcha brands and tins and was impressed with this one from the very first whisking. The deep green color is beautiful and the microfoam after whisking is impressive. There is a slightly sweet and creamy flavor to the matcha, even without any milk or sweetener added. I've been enjoying this both hot and cold and will definitely be re-ordering.

Good quality matcha
This is my second or third purchase now. I've become sort of a matcha connoisseur and this is now one of my favorites. It has a bright green color, blends easily, foams up nicely, and the energy I get from it feels slow and steady. As for the smell and taste: I'd describe it as fresh grass, savory, and bright. Sometimes it can be a little overpowered as a latte, depending on what type of milk I use (I prefer it more in oat milk vs. almond milk). But that's not something to complain about for me. It's a bit more on the expensive side, otherwise I'd purchase it more often.
If you're looking for a high quality and "clean" tasting/feeling matcha, this is a nice treat!
